Located on Calle Minitas in Lo de Marcos, this Vacation Rental has everything!
This property is not really a Villa, it’s more of an Estate on a large 1024 square meter corner lot!
The main house has three complete bedrooms and will sleep up to 6 guests with ease and 2 and a half bathrooms.
The great room is the focal and gathering point of the Villa and it encompasses a large Gourmet Kitchen with a walk in pantry, a dining table for 8 and the Living area. There are two patios just off the great room so you can enjoy the sunrise patio for morning coffee and the garden patio for afternoon cocktails.
On the estate are two additional guest bungalows with ensuit full bathroom so if you need to sleep more than 6 people let us know in advance
You will feel right at home the moment you enter,
Casa Ixchel is just a short distance to the Beach, this home has Ocean Views from the Rooftop Palapa and the Master Bedroom patio.
The grounds are beautifully manicured and include a relaxing Dipping Pool.
